There are two ways to add FORA to a meeting:
Calendar Integration: simply click the “Add Fora” button on any calendar event. This requires an active calendar connection to FORA 1.

Manually: click the “Add” button in the navbar and select the “New Meeting” option in the menu that appears. This will bring you to a form that will add FORA to any live meeting in progress. 1.

A focus is a lens through which your data will be summarized. For example, if we add FORA to a recurring project status meeting, we can set up a Focus that describes that project’s goals and key stakeholders to improve the quality of the summary.

When enabled, this feature will automatically assign a Focus to meetings ingested from your calendar. You are able to manually re-assign any meeting from the in-app calendar.
