What is FORA’s stance on data security?

Users from one FORA organization (“tenant”) are unable to view any data from another FORA organization. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest within highly secured cloud systems. We are (not yet) GDPR compliant.

What third party vendors does FORA rely on?

Currently as of May 2024:

• OpenAI is our LLM provider (GPT-4)
• We use recall.ai to assist with meeting transcription services
• We outsource a portion of our calendar integration to Nylas

Is my company data used to train OpenAI?

(For an additional fee?) we will leverage OpenAI’s secure Azure offering (insert link) to ensure that your proprietary data is not used to train OpenAI’s models.
