What is FORA?

FORA is a workplace information tool that provides executives with AI-generated insights from across their organization. We aggregate raw data from many different company systems and generate useful, easily digestible summaries of the information that is produced in the normal course of doing business. Importantly, these summaries are personalized for each individual user, so that they only receive the information they find important.

Out of the box, we natively ingest data from the following sources:

• Video conferencing systems (Zoom / Teams / Google Meet)
  • Any user can invite the FORA bot to their meeting
  • The FORA bot will transcribe the meeting as it occurs and produce a summary of the meeting in two-minute (and six-minute) chunks
  • Once the meeting is over, the FORA bot will generate an overall recap of the meeting, and produce personalized summary bullets for executives interested in following along
  • Executives can send the FORA bot to a meeting in their stead so that they may follow along in real time (if, for example, they are sitting in a different meeting at the same time)
  • Users can plug in their calendar to allow FORA to auto-join meetings at the push of a button
  • We will also ingest data from native videoconferencing transcription solutions (e.g. Zoom’s built-in transcription feature)
• Chat / Messaging systems (Slack / Teams)
  • After adding the FORA integration to their workspace, users can choose to have one or more channels summarized at regular intervals
  • For example, a user could set up a Sales Weekly Digest that summarizes all messages in the #sales channels on a weekly basis
  • Users can choose to incorporate multiple channels into one summary for ease of use and improved analysis
  • Choose whether to summarize messages on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence
• Email Forwarding
  • Any user can forward an email to [email protected] and have the contents of that email summarized and delivered to their FORA feed
  • This will summarize attachments accordingly – a user could forward an automated report to summarize output from other systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Future releases will allow for static monitoring and summarization of an email inbox
